5th Asia-Pacific Symposium on Emotions in Worklife

The 5th Asia Pacific Symposium on Emotions in Worklife* is being hosted and sponsored by the UQ Business School, The University of Queensland, Brisbane, Australia. The symposium is a day-long, meeting of scholars interested in the study of emotions in work.

The format of the symposium will include a keynote address by Dr. Joseph Ciarrochi, an internationally renowned emotions scholar, and will feature paper presentations as well as roundtable sessions to discuss poster presentations. Morning/afternoon tea and lunch will be provided to all participants, and the conference will conclude with a dinner.

There is no registration fee for attending the symposium. (If you attend the dinner, this will be at your expense and paid for separately.)

Note that this is the week of the First Ashes Test, so accommodation might be scarce/expensive.

Please e-mail Rebecca Michalak r.michalak@business.uq.edu.au who will assist you to find accommodation at a reasonable cost. We anticipate a full program from 9 to 5, or later if you wish to stay on for the dinner function.
