TERMS & CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION

Online Registration will only be accepted. Full payment must be made via MasterCard or Visa only. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, then click on the link below to register.

Discounted Early Bird fees only apply if payment and registration form are received before 5.00pm 25 June 2010. Registrations received after this time will be charged at the standard conference rate. Registrations cannot be processed unless full payment is provided with your registration details. We will acknowledge your registration by e-mail with confirmation of your requirements according to your form. Delegates are advised to check their confirmation and advise the organizers immediately of any amendments.

Full Registration includes: attendance at all conference sessions, morning and afternoon teas, lunches, program and conference proceedings, welcome reception and conference dinner.

Student full registration includes: attendance at all conference sessions, morning and afternoon teas, lunches, program and conference proceedings and welcome reception. Student registration must include proof of student status. A signed letter of authority from the Head of Department of the relevant university must be forwarded to email address below or presented to conference organizers upon arrival. Tickets to the conference dinner will be available for students or other guests to purchase. Tickets must be purchased before 15 July 2010.

Please note that cancellations prior to 7 July 2010 will attract an administration fee of $100.00. After that date, no refund will be given other than for ‘exceptional circumstances’, however, you may nominate an alternative delegate.

Personal Insurance

Participants shall be regarded in every aspect as carrying their own risk for personal injury and, loss or injury to property, including baggage during the conference. We strongly recommend that at the time of booking your travel and tours, you take out a travel insurance policy of your choice. The policy taken should include loss of deposit through cancellation, medical insurance, loss or damage to personal property, financial loss incurred through disruption to accommodation or travel arrangements due to strikes or other industrial action. The organizers will be in no way responsible for any claims concerning insurance.
