We have an online registration system operated by TAVI Congress Bureau.

Please note that the student status must be verified: a signed letter of authority from the Head of Department of the relevant university must be presented to the conference organisers upon arrival or it must be forwarded to email address: emonet2012.conference@tavicon.fi
Social Programme:

The dinner cruise including a buffet meal is included in the fee for full conference registrations. ’Additional dinner tickets can be purchased for the price of 70 EUR. Tickets must be purchased before June 25, 2012.
The cruise begins and ends at Kauppatori in the city-centre of Helsinki.
Payment and confirmation
All payments (registration fee and social programme) should be made in advance in euros (EUR) in connection with the registration. When registering online, you will receive instant confirmation of successful registration to your email.
Payment options:
- By credit card: Visa, MasterCard and Eurocard are accepted.
- By bank transfer to the conference account.
Reference: Participant’s personal reference number
Please use the participant’s reference number when making the bank transfer. The reference number will be shown on the automatic reply that you will receive after submitting the registration form online. Payment by bank transfer is to be settled within two weeks of registration.
Note!
- All payments should be made free of banking charges
- Bank drafts as well as personal, traveller’s or company cheques cannot be accepted
- An invoice will be issued electronically at the time of registration, if you require an invoice to be reissued a supplement of 12 € will be added. Kindly mark the details (exact invoicing address and reference) for your invoice request in the ‘Other Special Information’ field on the online registration form. Please note, that if a new invoice needs to be issued due to incorrect or insufficient invoicing details given in the registration, the invoice fee will be charged for each invoice separately.
Confirmation of participation: TAVI Congress Bureau will confirm the participation upon receiving the registration and payments. No participation confirmation letters will be sent before all the payments have been received.
Cancellation and refund policy: Kindly note that all cancellations and/or changes to registration must be made in writing to TAVI Congress Bureau by e-mail: emonet2012.conference@tavicon.fi.
If a cancellation for the participation is received by 25 June, 2012, the registration fee will be refunded with the exception of a handling fee of EUR 75. After this date no refund will be given other than for ‘exceptional circumstances’. However, one may nominate an alternative delegate.
In a case of no-show, there will be no refund of the registration fee or social program participation.
