Professor Carol T. Kulik
Professor Carol T. Kulik is Research Professor in Human Resource Management, School of Management, and Director of Centre for Human Resource Management, University of South Australia.
Professor Kulik’s research interests span three areas: human resource practices, workforce diversity, and organisational fairness. She is particularly interested in understanding how human resource management interventions influence the fair treatment of people in organisations. At the moment, she is actively engaged in several large-scale Australian Research Council funded research projects.
Professor Kulik’s research has resulted in an extensive publication record in organisational behaviour and human resource management. She has published more than 60 refereed journal articles in high impact journals including the Academy of Management Review, the Journal of Applied Psychology, the Journal of Management, and the Journal of Organizational Behavior. She served as the Senior Associate Editor of the Journal of Management (2002-2005) and is currently serving on the editorial boards of the Academy of Management Review, the Academy of Management Journal, and the Journal of Applied Psychology.
